Applied AI engineering for B2B companies
Hand the routine work to agents.
CloudBive builds AI agents that do the repetitive work in sales, marketing, customer success and revenue operations, inside the tools your team already uses. A person checks their output until it has earned trust, so your team can take on more without hiring at the same pace.
- Read the contract, six months of usage and 14 support tickets
- Found two problems the customer raised more than once
- Checked both against the latest release notes
- Wrote the renewal email and a one-page brief for the call
- Waiting for the account manager to approve
- Founded
- 2019, Estonia
- Led by
- A Salesforce Certified System Architect
- Clients
- B2B software, $5M to $100M ARR
Where to start
Routine work an agent can take over.
Sales
- Research an account before the first email
- Update the CRM after every call
- Draft follow-ups from the call notes
Marketing
- Enrich and route inbound leads
- Clean up lists before a campaign
- Report pipeline by campaign
Customer success
- Prepare renewal and review packs
- Flag accounts where usage is falling
- Sort and route support tickets
Revenue operations
- Find and merge duplicate records
- Fill in missing fields
- Build the weekly pipeline report
These jobs have to be done and done right, and together they take hours every week. That makes them a good place to start.
What we do
From the first job to agents your team relies on.
-
1Find the work worth handing over
We follow the work through your team and your systems, then come back with the jobs worth handing to an agent first. Each one gets a scope and a price before any building starts.
-
2Fix the data underneath
An agent is only as good as the records it reads. We clean up the CRM, fix the data model and connect the systems around it. This is the work CloudBive was built on.
-
3Build the agents
Each agent does one job, inside the systems you already use: CRM, email, calendar, support desk, data warehouse. It reads before it writes, and a person approves what it produces.
-
4Keep it running
Tests, monitoring and documentation in plain language, so the agents keep working after launch. We run them for you, or hand them over to your team.
How we work
How we make agents safe to rely on.
-
Start with one job
We take a single job all the way to production before starting the next. You see it working before you commit to more.
-
Read-only by default
Agents look at live data through an account that cannot change anything. Anything that writes to production needs a named person's approval.
-
A person checks the work
Every output is reviewed until that type of task has a track record. Review steps come off one task type at a time.
-
Built like software
Version control, automated tests and a written record of every change, so you can see what changed, when and why.
-
Written down as we go
Every decision is recorded in plain language, so your team can follow the work and pick it up without us.
-
We run on it ourselves
CloudBive runs its own delivery this way. Agents do the build, test and write-up work, and Rasmus reviews everything before a client sees it.
Track record
We started by building the CRMs revenue teams run on.
CloudBive began in 2019 as a Salesforce consultancy for B2B software companies. That is why our agents start from the data: we know where it lives, how it gets messy, and what a sales team will and will not put up with.
-
Construction management softwareB2B software company, 100 people
Merged two Salesforce orgs into one after a merger, then looked after their CRM for about six years: quoting, renewals, lead routing, the billing integration and a self-service portal for customers.
-
Customer experience software for banksB2B software company, 500 people
Built and listed their Salesforce AppExchange app, and connected Salesforce to NetSuite for finance and billing.
-
Recruiting technologyB2B software company, 100 people, Germany
Built their Salesforce from scratch: data model, security, release process, lead-to-deal, contracts and billing.
-
AI product searchOur own product
Search across about four million products from many retailers, with scraping to keep the catalogue fresh and AI to enrich and match it. Shipped on the web and on iOS.
-
Quote-to-cash on SalesforceOur own product
A pricing, quoting, contract and billing engine written directly on the Salesforce platform.
Who you work with
You work with Rasmus Sikk directly.
Rasmus founded CloudBive in 2019 and grew it to a team of eight. He is a Salesforce Certified System Architect and has worked on the platform since 2017, starting at Nortal, where he rebuilt billing for an energy company sending more than 10,000 invoices a month.
After six years running CloudBive he spent a year building an AI product end to end. CloudBive now brings the two together: the CRM knowledge to see what should change, and the AI engineering to build it.
Questions
What people ask before we start.
- Do we need to be on Salesforce?
- No. Most of our history is in Salesforce, so that is where we go deepest. Agents can also work with other CRMs and tools that offer an API, and we will tell you early if yours is a poor fit.
- Will this replace people on our team?
- That is your decision. What we build takes over routine work. You can use the time to grow without hiring at the same pace, or move people from admin work to customers.
- Where does our data go?
- We agree in writing, before we start, where your data is stored and which AI providers can see it. Agents read live data through an account that cannot change anything.
- How is it priced?
- Each stage gets its own scope and price, agreed before it starts. If you want us to run the agents after launch, we agree that separately.
- Where are you based?
- Estonia. We work remotely, in English, on European hours.
- How do we start?
- Send Rasmus a short email about your team and the work you would like off its plate.
